Your Responsabilities
Manage and maintain our Windows Server and Microsoft 365 infrastructures (including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Intune)
Showcase your expertise in configuring and administering virtualization solutions
Monitor and optimize our network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
Implement security policies and ensure compliance
Lead IT projects from planning through to implementation, adhering to time and budget constraints.
Continuously support and develop our system landscape
Collaborate closely with other teams to integrate IT systems into business processes and support IT-related requirements
Your Strengths
Completed education in IT or equivalent qualifications
Several years of professional experience as a system administrator
Strong knowledge of network technology and experience with network components, protocols, and network security
Comprehensive understanding of IT security concepts, tools, and compliance guidelines
Team-oriented, independent, and structured work approach with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in German (C1) and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
